
Beverly A. Brewster, LLM (International Law), MPA, is an author, consultant, and Director of the Foundation for Policing and Justice, a nonprofit organization she founded in January 2019 to advocate for law enforcement while encouraging cohesive, solutions-oriented community relationships. In her leadership role, she has supported stakeholder engagement across the tri-state area through community events, public meetings, and collaboration with civic boards, community partners, and police precinct council representatives.

Brewster’s academic background reflects a sustained commitment to justice, governance, and accountability. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning Dean’s List recognition. She later completed an LLM in International Law with International Relations at the University of Kent (Brussels School of International Studies). She pursued an MPA focused on international inspection and oversight.

As an author, Brewster writes for audiences across age groups, focusing on prevention, public safety, and constructive dialogue.
